Meditation classes give you the opportunity to press pause on your day, to come home, to reset + re-center. You'll be invited to explore the different types of meditation and the calming, centering effects it can bring into your inner world.

Slow down. Be still. Breathe. Your breath is your most primal and intimate resource. By shifting awareness inward and consciously connecting to this life-giving resource you can more deeply connect to your experiences, your emotions, your entire being.
